Since 1988 Fresh Chips™ & its predecessor Hot Snacks Inc. has been in the business of manufacturing a fully automated frying machine that cooks a hot comfort fried pellet based snack.  We do not fry a frozen French fry but utilize a pellet.  This allows us to have capacity which is almost twice the ordinary French fry machine that has been manufactured to date.  By using a pellet based chip we are able to cut the vend cycle frying time down to between 35 to 55 seconds.  Our machine functions with a 110/220 AC outlet which allows our machine to be to be installed anywhere in the WORLD.
